Biography

Amy received her Bachelor Degree in Heritage Management from Macao Institute for Tourism studies (IFTM) and later obtained her Master Degree in Business Administration from City University of Macao. Prior to joining IFTM, she worked in Human Resources department in the hotel industry. Amy joined IFTM in 2012 as an instructor and mainly teaches History of Macao, Certificate in Tour Guiding, Tourism and Heritage subjects as well as Food and Culture. She is also part of the team delivering Cultural Heritage Specialist Guide Training Programme.

Her research interests include visitor management, tourism planning, tourism impact, cultural tourism and culture heritage interpretation.
