Terms & Conditions
- Reservation is only available for designated parties.
- No service charge or government tax is applicable since Pousada is a government owned property.
- Extra bed is charged at MOP/HKD200 per night and without breakfast. (Only applicable to Deluxe room and Suite).
- Extra breakfast costs $140 per set and advance reservation is required.
- 10% off for UTM alumni. Guest is required to check-in with the alumni card in person and discount is applicable on one room only on the same day. Discount is not applicable to Long Staying Package.
- All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Prepaid Reservations
- All settled payments are non-refundable.
- For group bookings (5 rooms or more) / Long Staying Package, full room rate will be charged 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
General Cancellation Policy (for non-settled reservations)
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge.
- Cancellations / amendments / no-shows within 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the first night’s room rate will be charged.
Group Bookings (5 rooms or more) / Long Staying Package Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the date of arrival is free of charge.
- Cancellations / amendments within 14 days prior to the date of arrival is not accepted.
