Remarks

1. 1/F-17/F single and twin-sharing room rates are applicable to students admitted in academic year 2023/2024 and onwards; 18/F-21/F, triple and quad room rates are applicable to all students.

2. Due to limited availability, accommodation is not guaranteed. Year 1 undergraduate students are first considered.
3. Rates are subject to annual review without prior notice.
4. Summer stay will be calculated on half-monthly or monthly basis, depending on the period of extended stay.
5. UTM and non-UTM students pay a different rate. Non-UTM students may contact the Hostel Management Team for more information.

6. Please refer to the notification and academic calendar issued by the Pedagogic Affairs Department for your arrival date and possible early check-in.

7. Electricity quota will be settled at the end of each semester. If the consumption exceeds the total quota of the semester, student shall pay the difference according to the per-unit electricity fee set by UTM.
