On March 16, 2023, IFTM Culinary Arts Management year four students, accompanied by Dr. Christy Ng and Mr. Benjamin Chen, visited Mesa, a contemporary Portuguese restaurant at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort. The trip concluded with a tour visiting The Karl Lagerfeld’s hotel rooms, decorated with western and Chinese elements such as lychee-patterned leather, black, gold, and vibrant red colors, as well as china vases.
