中文摘要 / Summary in Chinese
The IFTM Educational Restaurant has kept, for the 12th consecutive year, its place among the select group of Macao food establishments recognised by the Michelin Guide for their menu quality and value for money

Cuisine and service quality at the IFTM Educational Restaurant (ER) has again garnered recognition from the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau. The 2024 edition of the renowned dining publication, to be launched officially on 14 March, reaffirms Bib Gourmand status for the Institute’s training unit.

The IFTM ER is one of 10 Macao eateries with that accolade in this year’s edition, according to a preview by the guide’s publishers on 7 March. Bib Gourmand designation in Macao recognises venues offering a high-quality three-course meal for MOP400 or under, a standard upheld by the restaurant for the 12th year in a row.

The restaurant’s menu showcases an array of traditional Macanese, Portuguese, and Western-style dishes, infused with a modern twist. It offers a distinctive Macanese cuisine tasting menu, providing guests with an opportunity to savour the product of this unique gastronomic tradition. Every Saturday, the restaurant features a signature Macanese buffet for lunch and dinner.

IFTM has been officially designated for safeguarding Macanese gastronomy, which is recognised by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China as an integral part of the nation’s intangible cultural heritage.
