This course aims to further develop students’ knowledge and skills of communication in the workplace, in
particular the tourism and hospitality contexts, through a variety of listening, speaking, reading and writing
activities. Students will be required to apply knowledge and skills to tasks and assignments designed to
simulate realistic situations which call for appropriate action. Emphasis is on practical areas of language
development and use: gathering and processing information, presenting material and ideas, and using
communication techniques.

本課程繼續讓學生進一步發展其旅遊及款待英語知識。高階的學習內容取材自真實環境，使學生有機會發揮英語能力，在不同情况下溝通。
課堂活動包括講課、角色扮演、小組討論、解决難題、學習報告、電腦輔助學習、商業通訊及書寫等。
