Kitchen Management:

is an introductory course that aims to provide the student with the foundational knowledge and practical techniques of modern kitchen management skills. Through theoretical class based instruction reinforced with practical exercises students will acquire sufficient knowledge and understanding, underpinned by first-hand experience of all elements of kitchen management to facilitate progression into a future management role. Experiential knowledge is acquired through hands-on lessons, coursework and exams etc, upon the successful completion of which, students should be able to fulfil the following course objectives.
