In this course, Club Management, students have an opportunity to explore and understand the uniqueness of the club industry. They discover in this course that running a club is very different from other similar properties such as resorts, hotels, casinos and restaurants. Through exploring different clubs from text books, case studies, websites, field trips or other media, students will understand how clubs are different or similar with their vision, goals, motives, profile of members. Whether they are interested to become a club manager/director or not in the future, the knowledge and skills they obtain from this course will equip them on the way to become an excellent service professional because a successful club seeks always to influence positively its members’ satisfaction and loyalty.
