The course introduces students to the current technology used in enhancing the gambling experience and improving overall gaming management. Topics include video, computer and online gaming technologies and their impact on gambling behaviour and gaming revenue. Students will also learn how casinos employ technology in capturing and making use of customer gambling behaviour for marketing and service enhancement purposes.
