This course focuses on how to analyze strategic and managerial problems that hospitality and tourism firms typically will face, and learn how business strategies can impact success or failure of organizations. Students will eventually learn the ways to formulate, implement, and evaluate strategies to create a firm’s competitive advantage. This learning process provides students with the opportunity to integrate different functional skills and apply them to actual business cases.
