The course hones students’ skills in interpersonal communication and helps them learn the art of negotiation. Students will learn the basic concepts of communication with peers, subordinates and the management. The course will discuss how to establish a process for successful win-win business negotiations, and the impact of interpersonal and intercultural differences on the business communication process. Common problems and issues in business negotiation will be discussed.
