The aim is to introduce the students to the several aspects of the wine world and to give a clear perspective of the importance of wine made from grapes in connection with the hotel industry and today’s social life. Introduce cultural, social and economic aspects related with the production of wine. Provide the adequate tools in order to be able to taste and talk about wine. The course also includes some content taught in WSET Intermediate Certificate.
