Portuguese III is the third of a series of four courses which, combined, aim at helping students to develop a level of proficiency consistent with level A1, as defined in the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR), by providing them with the basic communication skills necessary to allow them to perform front of the house operations in the different sectors of the Tourism and Hospitality industry. The course is meant as a continuation of Portuguese II and it focuses on the key vocabulary, grammar, listening, reading, writing and speaking skills needed to perform simple front of the house operations at a restaurant. Students who attend and pass all four courses will be awarded an A1 level certificate by IFT and IPOR.
