The primary purpose of the course is to prepare tourism, hospitality, events, heritage and retail management students for the complex leadership and communication tasks they will encounter in a culturally diverse workplace. Drawing from multidisciplinary insights ranging from anthropology to intercultural studies, the course exposes students to cultural issues in business from theoretical and applied perspectives.
