The overall aim of the current module is to provide the student an understand of the fundamental concepts and theories in the study of human behavior. Specifically, it focuses on the cognitive, affective and conative aspects of psychology with reference to real-life examples in the local context. The topics that are covered include biological and developmental aspects of psychology, learning and memory, personality, emotions, motivation, and interpersonal behaviour.
