1. Form 6, Grade 12 potential graduates or equivalent of the current year who have fulfilled BOTH criteria (i) and (ii) below:

   (i) having attained one of the top 10 class positions in the previous academic year (Form 5 or Grade 11 or equivalent) or in the current academic year (Form 6 or Grade 12 or equivalent); and

   (ii) having taken public examinations listed in the table below and having attained the minimum score / grade required in English subject.

2. High school graduates or equivalent who have fulfilled BOTH criteria (i) and (ii) below:

   (i) having attained one of the top 10 class positions in the final year (Form 6 or Grade 12 or equivalent); and

   (ii) having taken public examinations listed in the table below and have attained the minimum score / grade required in English subject.

3. Candidates who have already obtained a post-secondary diploma, an associate degree, a bachelor or a higher degree with English as the medium of instruction. A minimum cumulative GPA 2.8 on 4.0 scale is required.
4. Students currently studying in other higher education institutions with English as the medium of instruction. A minimum yearly cumulative GPA 2.8 on 4.0 scale is required.
5. Applicants who have obtained any of the following qualifications or public examination results in BOTH English and Mathematics subjects.

1. Special talent / skill

   1. Applicants who have special talent or skill could be given extra score. These talents or skills include but not limited to:
      • Sports (skating, chess, swimming, football, badminton, table tennis, wushu, fencing, field-events, etc.)
      • Arts (singing, choir, dancing, drawing, calligraphy, etc.)
      • Skills (debate, musical instrument playing, etc.)

   2. Applicants, in individuals or in groups, who have taken part in inter-school, regional, provincial, national or international tournament could be given extra score if they have achieved the following.

2. IFTM Pre-Service Vocational Training Programme

   Applicants who have completed these courses before December 2021 will be given a bonus of 5% for each course.

3. Tourism or Hospitality Courses

   Applicants who have completed tourism and hospitality related courses in their high school curriculum (Form 4 to Form 6, Grade 10 to Grade 12 or equivalent) will be given a bonus of 5%.

4. Delta-Asia Quiz or IFTM Tourism Quiz

   Applicants, in individuals or in groups, who have taken part in any or both of the quizzes can be given extra bonus % if they have achieved the following:
