According to the 2019/2020 Diploma and Degree Programme Graduates’ Career Placement Survey, the overall response rate for bachelor graduates was 74%. 62.3% of the respondents got employment. 93.5% of them are working in Macao. 66% of the employed respondents had full-time employment with monthly median salary of MOP14,100. The employment sectors are displayed in the figure below. It shows that 45.1% of the respondents are employed in tourism and hospitality sector. Services sector accounted for 37.3%, while financial sector accounted for 10.5%. Besides, 5.7% of the respondents are studying master’s degree or professional certificate programmes and 4.2% of the respondents were joining the internship training program that was organised by the Labour Affairs Bureau at the time of survey.

For diploma graduates, the overall response rate was 75%. According to the results of the survey, 83.3% of the respondents got employment. 90% of them are working full-time in Macao with a monthly median salary of MOP17,500. The employment sectors are displayed in the figure below.
