Payment Methods for Hostel Fee
1. PAYMENT AT CASHIER AND ENQUIRY COUNTER, INSPIRATION BUILDING
– Credit Card / UnionPay / Local Company Cheque / Cashier Order / GOVPAY (either one of the payment methods above can be chosen for fee settlement)
Within payment period stated on the debit note, students bring along the debit note and settle the fee by Credit Card (VISA / MASTER) or UnionPay (Credit or Debit Card) or Local Company Cheque or Cashier Order (cheque or cashier order should be made payable to “Instituto de Formação Turística de Macau”) or GOVPAY. Once the fee is received, student will be given a receipt and the payment status of that debit note will be updated as “Paid”.

Note: Students can choose either one of the payment methods above to settle the fee at Cashier and Enquiry Counter, Inspiration Building (Cash is not an option)
2. PAYMENT AT “BANK OF CHINA, MACAU BRANCH” OR “BANCO NACIONAL ULTRAMARINO”
Bring along the debit note to Bank of China, Macau Branch or Banco Nacional Ultramarino and settle the fee as stated on the debit note. The part 3 of the debit note will be given to the student for reference.
The payment status of that debit note will be updated as “Paid” within 3 working days after the bank receives the fee.
3. ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH INTERNET BANKING AT “BANK OF CHINA, MACAU BRANCH” OR “BANCO NACIONAL ULTRAMARINO”
User of Bank of China, Macau Branch or Banco Nacional Ultramarino can settle the fee through their internet banking services provided before the payment due date stated on the debit note. Please select “INSTITUTO DE FORMACAO TURISTICA DE MACAU (IFTM)”, then input the debit note no. for the online payment. Fees for internet banking transaction (if any) shall be borne by students. Online payment is subject to system availability of the bank.
The payment status of that debit note will be updated as “Paid” within 3 working days after the bank receives the fee.
4. GOVPAY ONLINE PAYMENT
Within the payment period, students can settle the fee through the GOVPAY online payment platform. Students can be link to the GOVPAY online payment by login “Student Information eServices”, than go to the Debit Note pages, click “Online Payment”. Once the online payment is successful, students will receive the transaction confirmation receipt by email.


5. PAYMENT BY REMITTANCE
Students can settle the fee by remittance from abroad or Mainland. The exact amount stated on the debit note can be transferred to the accounts of IFTM at Bank of China, Macau Branch. The remittance information is listed below:

Please fill in the information of Beneficiary and Applicant (e.g. name, address, telegraph transfer code, Beneficiary’s A/C no., etc.) clearly on the application for remittance and have the personal information such as student name, student ID, debit note no. and ID or passport number on the remark.
The date of transacting the remittance should not be later than the due date on the debit note, students have to instruct the bank that all charges incurred for the transaction should be borne by the student and the final remitted amount to IFTM should be the same as shown on the debit note. Otherwise, students have to settle the deficit derived before proceeding course enrolment (at the same time, there will be an outstanding debit note in student’s account). After completing the remittance, students have to upload a scanned copy of the remittance form through the Student Information eServices for accurate matching and timely update of student’s payment record. The payment status will be updated as “Paid” within 5 working days after the remittance and the remittance form are accepted.
Please DO NOT deposit or transfer your hostel fee directly into IFTM bank account at any “Bank of China, Macau Branch”.
6. PAYMENT BEYOND PAYMENT PERIOD
Payment made beyond payment period will incur an additional administrative charge:MOP100
Payment made beyond payment period has to be settled at Cashier and Enquiry Counter at Inspiration Building during office hours by Credit Card (VISA / MASTER) or UnionPay (Credit or Debit Card) or Local Company Cheque or Cashier Order (cheque or cashier order should be made payable to “Instituto de Formação Turística de Macau”) or GOVPAY. Once the fee is received, student will be given a receipt and the payment status of that debit note will be updated as “Paid”.

7. REFUND POLICY
All fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances unless otherwise stated.
