Chef Lei Su Wang, a distinguished Executive Sous Chef at Sheraton Grand Macao, was graciously invited to impart his culinary expertise through a captivating cooking demonstration focused on the art of Cantonese Cuisine with the assistance of Chef Lam Sio Fong and Chef Ho Kam Meng, Sous Chef.
