Cooking Demonstration on Macanese Cuisine

Chef Jose Chau Lek Keong, a renowned Sous Chef at MGM Cotai, was cordially invited to share his culinary knowledge through an enthralling cooking demonstration centered on the art of Macanese cuisine, assisted by Chef Kevin Leong Kei Fong, Sous Chef. This informative course was specifically designed for our Culinary Arts Management Year 3 students.
