On November 1, 2023, Professor Paola Ossola, an expert in business sustainability, creativity, and innovation from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, delivered an engaging seminar titled "Does Innovation have always to be disruptive". Professor Ossola provided an introduction to the concept of innovation and explored the idea of nondisruptive creation as an alternative approach to market-creating innovation. She also shared various industrial examples of disruptive and nondisruptive innovation. The students who attended actively participated in the discussion, responding to Professor Ossola’s questions and sharing their perspectives on the topic of innovation. The seminar concluded with warm applause, and the students expressed that they gained valuable knowledge and found inspiration for contemplating market competition and reform within the hospitality and tourism sector.
