Chef Hangsabut Phaithun Thun, Chef De Partie at MGM Cotai, was cordially invited to share his culinary knowledge in a captivating cooking demonstration centered around the intricacies of Thai Cuisine, assisted by Chef Simma Suriyan Num, Demi Chef and Lo Kam Ming Redo, Chef de Cuisine.
