Cooking Demonstration on Cantonese Cuisine

We cordially invited Chef Benny Wu Pou Wa, Chef De Cuisine from Altira Macau to share his culinary knowledge in a captivating cooking demonstration centered around the intricacies of Cantonese Cuisine, assisted by Chef Jackey Huang Ruibin, Chef De Parite. This informative lecture was specially designed for our third-year Culinary Arts Management students.
