IFTM and Swiss Education Group Join Hand to Offer [3+1 Dual Degree] and Certificate Programmes

IFTM has formed a partnership with the Swiss Education Group, one of the world's top tourism and hospitality education providers, to offer dual bachelor degree, double award and Diploma/certificate programmes. It will enable IFTM students to progress to a Study Abroad or 3+1 progression at one of the SEG schools.

The link-up "allows 2 internationally-respected" higher education providers to create a "unique" opportunity to enrich student learning, says IFTM.

The "3+1" scheme is available to those bachelor's degree students enrolled either in the IFTM's Hotel Management programme or Tourism Event Management Programme. Students enrolled in Culinary Arts Management Programme can choose to join the CAAS Double-award Programme.

Eligibility

To be eligible for nomination to the above mentioned programmes, applicants much have

• enrolled into either Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management or Bachelor of Science in Tourism Event Management for joining the dual bachelor degree programme;
• enrolled into Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management for joining CAAS Double-award Programme;
• enrolled into any one of the above mentioned three IFTM bachelor's degree programmes for joining the Semester Abroad Diploma/Certificate or SHMS 6-week Certificate Programme;
• achieved a minimum TOEFL IBT 55 or IELTS equivalent to 5.5.
