The project aims to identify the important features of IFT study rooms, evaluate the current performance and suggest recommendations to prioritize service improvement through a quantitative approach. Empirical research has been carried out through a self-administrative questionnaire. Multiple data analyses have been conducted using ANOVA, IPA and regression models. Managerial implications and suggestions on environment, facilities and convenience have been provided to the institute.
