IFTM and the University of Surrey offer【1+1 Dual Master's Degree Programme】 

IFTM signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Surrey (UOS), a prestigious university in the United Kingdom, in offering a  "1+1" dual master's degree programme. Through the joint programme, eligible students from IFTM are given the opportunity to transfer credits and complete a UOS Master’s degree, while simultaneously completing an IFTM master's degree, in as short as two years. 

Students under this dual programme will enjoy cutting edge academic and teaching excellence in tourism, hotel, and event management provided by two leading institutions in Macao (China) and in Surrey (United Kingdom), both joining forces with an aim to foster global management talents in this exciting tourism industry. 

"1+1" is available for IFTM master's students enrolled in the following programmes:  

• Master of Science in International Tourism Management 
• Master of Science in International Hospitality Management 
• Master of Science in International Food and Beverage Management 
• Master of Science in International Gastronomy Management 
• Master of Science in Smart Technologies in Hospitality and Tourism 
• Master of Science in Digital Marketing and Analytics 
• Master of Philosophy in International Hospitality and Tourism Management (specialisations in Tourism Management; Hospitality Management; Food and Beverage Management; Gastronomy Management; and Smart Technologies) 

Programmes offered by UOS in this "1+1" dual master's degree programme: 

• Master of Science in International Tourism Management

• Master of Science in Strategic Hotel Management 
• Master of Science in International Event Management

Eligibility:

To be eligible for applying for the dual master's degree programme, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50/4 or 62.5% equivalent to a UK 2:2 Bachelor;
• Successful completion of the relevant programme listed above at IFTM with a minimum overall grade of C;
• Meeting the English language requirement IELTS Academic 6.5 overall including 6.0 in each category, or equivalent. Information about other accepted English language qualifications is published here:
