Dr. Sharif Shams Imon and Dr. Ong Chin Ee visited Mount Sanqingshan National Park to provide consultancy services on issues related to visitor management and tourism planning.
During the visit, they met with local authorities and management staff, identified key tourism issues, and shared their ideas on how to develop an effective Tourism Management Plan for the site. Moreover, the team conducted a four-hour training session to more than 40 officials and staff members of the site management office.
Mount Sanqingshan National Park is located in the west of the Huyaiyu mountain range in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, China and was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2008 for its outstanding natural beauty.
