should be able to teach/develop in English and/or Chinese with one or above subjects related to:
Hotel Management courses
Digital Management of Tourism & Hospitality courses
Revenue Management courses
Managing Innovation in Hospitality courses
Facilities and Security Management courses

must have a Master's degree or above in the relevant area

Preferred requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in the room division department (front office and housekeeping) at a world-class hotel
- Ability to speak fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese
- Able to operate at least one kind of hotel PMS system, e.g. Opera
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to travel to China to teach
- Preferably with 2 years of teaching experience at an undergraduate institute

Selection:
The selection panel consists of Vice-President, Director/Vice-Director of academic unit, the relevant coordinators and faculty members. Outside members may also be invited. Selection will be based on (1) documentary evaluation, (2) mock teaching and interview.
