How to Apply
Students must carefully read through and understand all the above important information about UTM Student Hostel before filling in the online Accommodation Request Form.
Due to limited availability, year 1 undergraduate students are first considered;
Postgraduate applications will be put on waitlist, results will be announced via email by early August (1st semester) or late December (2nd semester).
Those who would like to apply for hostel must submit an online application form within the application period. Placement is subject to approval and deemed confirmed only when hostel fee is settled within the payment deadline. Application is on first-come-first-served basis and may close early. Note:
- Priority will be given to non-local new students and exchange students.
- Returning students are required to apply for their hostel accommodation every semester.
- Room occupancy is subject to availability; renewal of tenancy cannot be guaranteed.
