According to the 2020/2021 Diploma and Degree Programme Graduates’ Career Placement Survey, the overall response rate for Master’s graduates was 100%. Master’s graduate respondents who had full-time employment accounted for 83.3% and their monthly median salary was MOP19,000.

For Bachelor’s graduates, the overall response rate was 74.9%. 13.2% of respondents pursued higher level of education since graduation from IFTM, 64.2% of them got employment and 5.5% of them were working and studying simultaneously. 58.7% of the respondents were employed in tourism and hospitality sector, while services sector accounted for 14.5%. The employed respondents who had full-time employment with monthly median salary of MOP14,600. 84% of the employed respondents were hired within three months after graduation and 27.5% of them secured their job before graduation.

For Diploma’s graduates, 50% of respondents were employed in tourism and hospitality sector and the monthly median salary within the group was MOP19,750.
