should be able to teach/develop in English and/or Chinese with one or above subjects related to:
  • Chinese Culinary [Cantonese, Dim Sum, cuisines of other Chinese provinces]
  • Food Service Operations and Management
  • Food and Beverage Cost Control
  • Food and Beverage Revenue Control
  • Food and Beverage Quality Control
  • Food and Beverage Purchasing Control and Management
  • Planning and Control for Food and Beverage Operations
  • Food Safety, etc.

  • Requirements:

    must have a Master's degree or above in the relevant area. Holders of national or international Chinese culinary certificates would be preferable.
    Candidates who do not meet the listed requirements above, or who do not upload supporting documents together with their online applications (including graduation certificates, transcripts, employment testimonials indicating positions and complete service durations with exact start dates and end dates issued by current/previous employers for the requirements) need not apply for the vacancies.

    Annual Taxable Remuneration and Benefit:

    MOP547,820 - MOP687,960 (salary index: 430 – 540)
    • The current local income tax rate ranges from 7% to 12%. Exchange rate: approx.USD1 = MOP8.

    The selection panel consists of the relevant head of academic department, coordinators and faculty members. Outside members may also be invited. Selection will be based on (1) documentary evaluation, (2) mock teaching and interview.
